Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed on-demand and made specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced after you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Please review the product details and size chart carefully before completing your purchase.

When We Will Replace or Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will provide a replacement or full refund:

• Print defects -- misprinted, blurry, or faded design
• Wrong item shipped -- incorrect size, color, or design
• Damaged in transit -- torn, stained, or otherwise damaged during shipping
• Significant quality issues -- fabric defects or construction problems

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Email us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
2. Include a photo of the defective item that clearly shows the problem.
3. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
4. If approved, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or process a refund to your original payment method.

Request Timeline

Replacement and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order with the correct selection. If you received the wrong item due to our error, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
